Hey, you found Nemo's food blog!
Good job! I don't know if my opinions will entice anybody reading, but I figure, "What the hell, give it a shot! You lose nothing doing this." So, here we are.
Let me start off by saying that I, like most people, LOVE food. It is the cornerstone of a happy human being. And as a connoisseur of delectable morsels myself, I think we need to appreciate and show more respect towards all the different cuisines that are created by the hundreds of cultures across this giant space ball we call home.
I'm getting too fancy. Look, I just want to try the different amazing dishes out there across the entire world! And there's So. Freakin'. Many! Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Danish, Korean, Portuguese, and so much more! Unfortunately, allergies restrict a lot of options, but not everything!
So, that's what this journey is about! I hope we can all learn about different parts of humanity through a delicious and exciting food journey!
